First time I went there for an oil change, and I was genuinely surprised. Their customer service was excellent. They informed me that my vehicle had a recall service due, so they kept my car for a couple of days, but they provided a rental car right away. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service.

Fabulous experience with Northway Lincoln and especially with Domenic Cappella. We went in to browse and ended up buying exactly the car we wanted, at a great price. Domenic was great to work with and very personable. There are lots of car dealerships out there and this is one which understands that customers are attracted to good service, and it really shows.
